At Eclipse Homecare, we understand the importance of Partnership working with Health & Social Care Professionals. We understand that providing high quality care requires teamwork and to the greatest extent possible, a seamless service delivery from the viewpoint of the individual receiving care.
We are committed to providing a service of the highest quality and we welcome participation in review meetings with service users together with Health or Social Care Professionals. We are also keen to participate in forums and other meetings.
We have an experienced administration team and office hours are from 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an after hours 24/7 emergency and support telephone service.
We strive to provide an excellent standard of care with built-in flexibility. We welcome feedback ourselves and will always pass on appropriate information to our Health and Social Care colleagues
