1.  The best training, support & development for those with HERO Talent

  • The best training and development of caregivers delivered in house by our very experience team of trainers.
  • We have a unique approach to ‘onboarding’ our new joiners. Ours is a bespoke process that is designed to fit you, taking into consideration your experience, strengths and needs.
  • Experienced caregivers are fast tracked.
  • New starters to the care sector will receive additional training and support throughout our training, shadowing and mentoring process. You will not be asked to start until you are 100% ready.
  • On completion of your probation period you will be awarded the most recent Care Certificate based on the latest national standard.
  • Every caregiver has their own further development programme that is regularly reviewed and updated with their Area Team Leader (ATL) under our Investors in People Accreditation. This ensures your ongoing development and use of the latest techniques and thinking.
  • All caregivers are sponsored by the company to undertake a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care. Success can then lead to a Level 3 and/or 5 Diploma.
  • You are paid for all your time spent training throughout your career at Eclipse HomeCare.
  • We have been working closely with Heart of Worcestershire College, University of Worcester and Worcester County Council for many years to ensure the very best standards of training and currently have over 24 people just like you on our vocational Apprenticeship Schemes.

  • Small care teams each lead by an Area Team Leader and supported by a Care Coordinator (who organises your weekly rota) and locally based Registered Manager.
